Welcome to the Property Listings and Booking Platform! This is a full-stack web application that allows users to search, post, and reserve properties with user-specific management features. Users can create, edit, update, and delete property listings and reviews, with a secure, role-based access control.

-Dynamic Property Listings: Users can sign up and create property listings visible to all users, providing an easy way to showcase available properties.

-Review System: A fully integrated review feature allows users to leave, edit, or delete their own reviews on listings.

-User Authentication & Authorization: Secure role-based access control ensures that only the creator can edit or delete their listings and reviews.

-Database Management: MongoDB is used to store user data, listings, and reviews, ensuring fast and reliable transactions.

-Deployment: Hosted on Render.com for real-time updates and smooth application performance.

-Database: MongoDB (using MongoDB Atlas for cloud database deployment)

Sign Up / Log In: Users must sign up and log in to post listings, leave reviews, and make bookings.

Create Listings: Authenticated users can add new property listings with images, descriptions, and other details.

Edit / Delete Listings: Users can manage their own listings, making updates as needed.

Search and Filter: Users can search for properties using filters to streamline their booking process.

Book Properties: Users can reserve properties, enhancing their experience with a smooth booking process.

Leave Reviews: Users can review properties they’ve booked and manage their own reviews.

Deployment

The application is deployed on Render.com. To deploy:

Link your GitHub repository with Render.com.

Configure environment variables as set in your .env file.

Deploy, and Render.com will handle the build and deployment process. Future Enhancements

Advanced Filters: Adding more detailed filters for enhanced search functionality.

Payment Integration: Integrate with payment providers for direct payments within the booking process.

Notifications: Implement email or SMS notifications for booking confirmations and reminders.
