Core features of ETrip:
Ticket booking: Passengers buy tickets from our ticket dispensing operators, paying
only the government issued fee and the tiny extra service charge.
Vehicle registration: Service providing vehicles are registered in our system along with
their corresponding provider (“mahber”).
Schedule registration: A monthly schedule for each vehicle is stored at each station,
which can later be utilized to monitor the performance of each vehicle.
Vehicle queuing: Vehicles are arranged in order of their arrival at the stations, and
tickets are booked for the vehicle at the top of the queue.
Analytics: We record and display daily and monthly passenger/vehicle flow on our
website in an interactive and visually engaging format. This data is accessible to
authorized users.
Vehicle service tracking: Our system records the number of times a vehicle checks in
and out of the station with passengers, and it can also track whether the vehicle has
failed to meet its daily allocated schedule requirements.
Data export: Analytics and other report data from the website can be exported by
authorized actors in their preferred format.
