I co-illustrated the novel King Arthur's Sister In Washington's Court by Kim Headlee, written as an unofficial sequel to Mark Twain's classic 1889 novel A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court. Twain's original novel featured black and white illustrations by 19th Century illustrator Dan Beard, and Headlee wanted to keep the same "feel" as the original. All of my illustrations for this book were done in Adobe Photoshop using a Wacom Cintiq, and I worked closely with the author on drafts and revisions for each illustration.
