Accidento | Web Design, SEO, Copy

Katie Robertson

Project Overview

After 26 years in business, Accidento’s website was long overdue for an upgrade. The outdated design, old information, and lack of functionality didn’t reflect the quality service they provided. The goal was to build a modern, user-friendly, and future-proof website that looked as professional as their workshop and made it easy for customers to get the information they needed.

Challenge

The old website hadn’t been updated since 2015 and was no longer serving customers effectively. It was visually outdated, hard to navigate, and filled with old information, leading to confusion and unnecessary enquiries.

Solution

We designed a fresh, modern website that feels as reliable and professional as the workshop itself. The site was built to be easy for the team to update, ensuring it stays relevant for years to come. We also rewrote the content with SEO in mind, making it more informative and easier to find.
To help potential customers feel confident in the service, we structured the site around common customer concerns, answering key questions upfront. We also added an interactive before-and-after slider, letting visitors see the transformation of repaired vehicles in a dynamic way.
To tie everything together, we collaborated with a local photographer to capture high-quality images that make the site feel genuine and professional.
