After taking the Interpersonal Skills Assessment, I learned that my highest score was in Team Working. I found this quite surprising because while I do enjoy working in groups at times, I did not think I would score higher in Team Working than in Emotional Intelligence or Empathy. However, I do agree with the fact that I tackle any arising issues in a group, so that may be why I scored so high.

I was not surprised that I scored second highest in Emotional Intelligence because I expected that trait to be one of my highest scores. I believe I am pretty attuned to my emotions and can recognize and utilize the emotions of others as well. Furthermore, emotions do contribute largely to my decisions and course of action.
