Liu Ma Kee was a century-old shop in Hong Kong, best known for its rich, hand-crafted fermented bean curd. For generations, it was a beloved taste of home and a symbol of the city’s food culture.
Through this artwork, I hope to preserve and celebrate the memory of Liu Ma Kee, keeping alive one of Hong Kong’s iconic culinary legacies.
