What it is
A booking platform for independent short-stay hosts — take direct bookings and receive payouts without paying marketplace commission on every reservation. Think Airbnb's booking flow, but the host keeps the full margin.
Currently shipping a full redesign of the host dashboard, calendar, booking flow, and marketing site. The screenshots below show both the live production app and the redesign in progress.
What I built
Solo build, front to back: data model, payments, UI, and deployment. Cross-platform from a single Flutter codebase targeting iOS, Android, and web.
