Nord Comfort Ways Production Telegram Bot for a Transport Company

A fully production-ready Telegram bot built for Nord Comfort Ways, a Ukrainian-Danish passenger and parcel transport company. Handles real customer bookings and business pricing not a demo, an actively used tool.

Challenge: The client needed to move passenger booking and parcel delivery requests off manual messaging (calls, scattered chats) into one structured system their customers could use directly in Telegram with real pricing logic, not a static FAQ bot.

Solution: Built a Telegram bot with a full booking FSM (finite-state flow) for passengers, a separate flow for parcel delivery requests, an admin panel for managing incoming orders, and pricing rules matching the company's actual routes and rates.

Result: A live, first paying-client bot in daily use replacing manual booking with a self-service flow, cutting response time for customers and reducing repetitive work for the client's staff.
