Rebuilt a critical COVID health data application in Elixir and Phoenix.

With my consulting business partner, built an application in Elixir that imports all COVID test result data for a large U.S. state twice a day, determines which results are new and stores them, determines the highest priority results and requests patient data from various APIs that have extreme rate and capacity limits. The application replaced a complex "serverless" application that never worked with one that worked and only needed a single server and a straightforward Postgres database.
