A property is never really the product, the feeling of living there is. This short needed to move like a film trailer: sweeping visuals, deliberate pacing, and a sense of arrival rather than a walkthrough checklist.

I graded the footage for a warm, cinematic tone that elevated every space, synced music and sound design to match the rhythm of each shot transition, and paced the edit to build anticipation, holding wide establishing shots just long enough to feel aspirational before moving into detail. Every cut was built to make the viewer imagine themselves inside the space, not just observe it.
