The Brief
A personal brand specializing in perfume and aroma products needed a bespoke packaging system and product bottle design. The entire concept was rooted in a specific tree species (undisclosed), and the client wanted every element to reflect that origin story: the bottle, the packaging structure, and the unboxing experience.
My Role
Industrial Designer & Packaging Designer. Responsible for concept sketching, client-directed selection, 3D development, CAD modeling, and final rendering for marketing materials.

The Challenge
The brief asked for something that goes beyond surface-level luxury. The packaging couldn't just look expensive. It had to tell a story. Every material choice, texture, and mechanism needed to connect back to the tree concept, creating a sensory experience that communicates what the product is made of before the customer even reads a label.
Design Approach
Glass bottle — The main product bottle uses a glass foam development inspired by the texture and form of a tree trunk. The surface treatment gives the glass an organic, bark-like quality that immediately communicates the natural origin of the fragrance.
Packaging structure — The box features a door mechanism with a branch-inspired pattern. When the packaging opens and closes, it evokes the feeling of parting through tree branches, reinforcing the nature concept through physical interaction.
Material language — Dark tones with warm gold accents create a rich, grounded palette. The combination of organic textures and precise finishing balances raw natural inspiration with refined luxury.

Process
Started with extensive rough sketching, exploring different interpretations of the tree concept across both the bottle form and packaging structure. Presented multiple directions to the client, who selected the concept that best captured their brand vision. From there, developed full 3D models and CAD files, then produced high-quality KeyShot renderings for the client's marketing materials.
Outcome
The final deliverables included a production-ready bottle design, packaging CAD files, and a full set of marketing renders. The project demonstrates end-to-end packaging design: from nature-inspired concept development through to manufacturing-ready output.
