Service Provider

Service Provider agrees to provide software development services to Client, which may include but are not limited to:

Development of web applications using technologies such as React, Node.js, NestJS, Express.js, and .NET Core (C#).

Development of mobile applications using technologies such as React Native and Flutter.

Deployment and management of applications on cloud platforms such as DigitalOcean, Vercel, and AWS.

Responsibilities of Service Provider:

Provide skilled developers proficient in the mentioned technologies.

Develop software solutions according to the specifications provided by the Client.

Ensure timely delivery of milestones as outlined in the project schedule.

Maintain communication with the Client regarding project progress, issues, and any changes in requirements.

Responsibilities of Client:

Provide detailed project requirements and specifications.

Review and approve project milestones and deliverables.

Provide necessary resources and access to systems required for development and deployment.

Timely payment for services rendered by Service Provider.
