The Situation

Sales Empire Builders helps corporate Sales Leaders, VPs, and Sales Managers transition out of traditional employment and launch their own Fractional Sales businesses attracting high-ticket clients paying $3,000–$10,000/month in retainers.
The founder had a proven offer and deep expertise. What was missing was a scalable lead generation system a way to attract qualified prospects, capture their details, and deliver value automatically before a sales conversation ever happened.
Without this infrastructure, growth was capped by manual effort. Every lead required a personal touchpoint. There was no automated nurturing, no self-serve entry point for cold traffic, and no lead magnet converting awareness into warm, pre-qualified prospects.
That's where I came in.

What We Built

We designed and deployed a complete lead magnet funnel system inside GoHighLevel — built to convert cold traffic into leads on autopilot, 24/7.
The core deliverable: a high-converting free offer page for the "Plug-and-Play Sales Leadership Starter Kit" — a 4-component resource bundle giving corporate sales leaders a plug-and-play system to land their first fractional client within 60–90 days.

Funnel Architecture

The funnel was architected around three conversion principles:
1. Identity-First Positioning The page opens by calling out the exact audience — Sales Leaders, VPs, and Sales Managers — before making any claim. This reduces bounce rate by immediately signalling relevance to the right visitor.
2. Problem-Aware Copy Sequence We structured the page copy to follow a specific psychological sequence: surface the pain (corporate stress, layoffs, quota resets) → agitate the cost of inaction → introduce the free kit as the bridge to the outcome they want (freedom, flexibility, high-income clients). No generic copywriting. Every section earns the scroll.
3. Multi-CTA Architecture with Urgency Rather than a single CTA at the bottom, we built in four strategically placed download triggers across the page above the fold, mid-page (post-pain agitation), after the kit contents reveal, and at the final close. This catches visitors at different stages of persuasion.
