The salon Blonde Ambition was in need of a new website that integrated with an online booking tool to manage their schedule and clients. The salon was previously using Instagram and texting to find and book their clients, but the salon had grown to the point they needed an online presence as well as a booking tool to keep up with their clients.

Their final website beautifully integrates the scheduling tool Acuity within a Squarespace website, showcasing a sleek, modern design with user-friendly navigation. The page highlights the salon's expertise in hair coloring and extensions, gives a short and sweet overview of the team and services, and has a clear call-to-action that directs users to the booking tool.

The biggest "win" is the integration with the booking tool, Acuity. This tool streamlines the booking process by providing a 24/7 automatic booking process. Team members can store client information such as appointment history and notes, and owner Emily can track analytics on business trends such as appointments, revenue, peak hours and client behaviors.

The website has several points of integration that enhance the site with minimal upkeep or lift required:

The site integrates with Instagram, which is their main marketing and content platform. When they post new photos or videos, they will automatically integrate with the Instagram extension in SquareSpace to showcase their work. There is no additional work from the Blonde Ambition team to make this happen. Customers can also select the images to be taken directly to their Instagram page.

The owner has also chosen to integrate their Google Reviews into their site. The SquareSpace tool automatically pulls Google Reviews from the associated business into the site without any lift from the business.
