High-Velocity CRM & Sales Hub

Act Quil is an all-in-one CRM platform designed to bridge the gap between sales, support, and development teams. The goal was to create a "360-degree customer view" that consolidates communication history, financial deal values, and technical notes into a single, high-efficiency interface.

🛠 The Challenge

B2B teams often struggle with "tab fatigue," switching between Slack for communication, Jira for technical notes, and Salesforce for deal tracking. The challenge was to:
Centralize Fragmented Data: Combine session activity, ticket status, and deal revenue.
Support Technical Workflows: Integrate code blocks and technical internal notes alongside standard CRM data.
Maintain Visual Clarity: Avoid data density issues while displaying high-volume information like real-time activity feeds.

💡 Key Design Solutions

1. The "Consumer Details" Context Engine

I designed the left column as the "identity anchor."
At-a-Glance Status: Quickly shows the user's role, customer status (Open/Paid), and the specific number of open tickets.
Session Activity Timeline: A vertical feed that captures real-time interactions, from payment confirmations to team reactions, providing instant context for the sales rep.

2. Technical & Collaborative "Notes" System

Recognizing that modern SaaS sales involve technical hurdles, I integrated a central "Notes" column.
Code Integration: Supports Tailwind CSS or other code snippets directly in the feed, allowing developers and sales engineers to collaborate on integration issues within the CRM.
Insight Cards: Uses highlighted cards for critical updates like "Cash allocation reached 12%" or "Revenue increasing by 75%."

3. Modular "Ticket & Deal" Sidebar

The right sidebar acts as a focused action center.
Ticket Supports: Uses "Open" and "New" badges to help teams prioritize urgent support tickets.
Revenue Forecasting: Displays "Prospect Deal Revenue" with a clear breakdown of Won vs. Potential deals, helping managers forecast monthly targets without leaving the page.
