These systems don't just "show" you the message—they understand the intent, check the Shopify order status, draft the reply, and only alert you if a human touch is actually required.

I engineered an all-in-one automation suite that handles order management, real-time inventory intelligence, and multi-channel AI support for high-growth Shopify brands.

⚙️ How It Was Made

I used n8n to build a unified routing engine connected to Shopify, WhatsApp, Instagram, and X (Twitter). The system uses OpenAI GPT-4 to classify incoming queries, handle tier-1 support, and prioritize "VIP" orders (over $200). I also integrated a Multi-threshold Inventory Alert system that notifies suppliers automatically when stock hits critical levels.
