EXMURO Art Public is a free, indoor and outdoor museum showcasing art by anyone for everyone. The present brand design concept visually represents EXMURO’s connection with those who have been silent; silent by their inability to express their art publicly and silent by their inability to access art.
The ‘E’ of EXMURO is formed via one continuous wave line, visually representing both a line of connection and a sound wave of voices finally being heard within and around the EXMURO exhibitions.
Both the ‘E’ template in Bicyclette and the EXMURO wordmark in Brandon Grotesque are typefaces that are bold and imposing, demanding attention. Yet both have softened angles and edges in their glyphs, inviting us in to listen and witness and uplift.
