Some days the smartest move isn’t analysis —
it’s noticing what you’ve been pretending not to feel.
Progress doesn’t always begin with answers.
Sometimes it begins with the sentence you’ve avoided admitting:
“I don’t want this anymore.”
or
“I’m still holding out for something better.”
There’s gravity in honesty.
Once you name the silent truth,
direction starts to rearrange itself.
So here’s a gentler question for December:
What would you like to stop carrying?
That’s where real possibility usually begins.
