SoulSpace: Therapy and Mental Health Website Design

Overview
SoulSpace is a therapy website template for counsellors, wellness centers and meditation studios. I designed it in Figma, then built production versions in Webflow and Framer. It covers the whole client journey in 15 pages, with a therapist directory, a service library, a pricing page and a booking flow.

The Challenge
A therapy website carries a heavier job than most. Visitors are often anxious, and they are deciding whether to trust a stranger with something private. Many practice sites make that harder: credentials are buried, services are lumped into one vague page, prices are hidden, and the first step feels like a big commitment.
The Approach
I designed for safety first. The layout is minimal and soft-toned, with generous space, gentle gradients and organic texture, so nothing on the page shouts.
The homepage follows one emotional line: a calm hero, a short story, featured services, session highlights, testimonials and a gentle booking prompt. Therapists get a warm profile grid with photos, bios and specialties, so a visitor books a person rather than a business. A dedicated pricing page removes the most common reason visitors leave, and the booking flow keeps the first step small.

Build Notes
Services, therapist bios, pricing and policies all live in the CMS, so a practice edits a session or a rate in the Editor rather than in code. Both builds were tested across devices, with fluid layouts that keep the calm intact on a small screen.
