Introducing WOOVA.

A reputation intelligence platform I’m building to help businesses understand what their customers are actually saying.

WOOVA turns customer reviews into insights, helps businesses spot patterns and risks, understand their competitors, and figure out what they should actually do with that information.

I’m really excited to be working on this one, and I’ll be sharing more of the process as I build — the product decisions, design, technical challenges, and everything in between.
