Creating a code for scrolling on arrows, interactive navigation bar of sections at the side, and scrolling section-per-section.

Developing script which will recognize if up, or down arrow is pressed for sections navigation. Also, there is couple more ways to scroll, beside scroll wheel, that will scroll section-by-section, such as navigation bar at right side, and down arrow button at the end of each section.
