I knew there had to be a simpler way to create professional logos without the barrier of cost or complexity.

I spent a few days building the core editor with a solid generation abilities. The focus was on making the interface feel natural - if someone couldn't figure out how to change a color or move an element within seconds, I'd redesign it.

The big question was: would people actually pay for a logo maker when free options exist? I believe in testing ideas quickly. So I launched a MVP with a simple paywall for high-resolution exports and premium templates.

Within the first week, we had paying customers. Small business owners loved having complete control over their brand without the designer price tag. That validation gave me the confidence to build out the full vision.

With proof of demand, I focused on making Loti truly professional-grade. I created the full version over the next week and published it to App Store, making it approved by app reviewers in the very first review.

Now, I actively A/B test different App Store screenshots to improve the conversion rate. I also A/B tested pricing plans on the paywall and came to the conclusion that yearly subscriptions get the most lifetime value out of the app.
