In analyzing the market, we identified variables that indicate the activity of agricultural entrepreneurs. We have noticed segments where it will be extremely difficult to compete due to the intense rivalry and struggle for customers. At the same time, we see undeveloped areas that harbour potential. Social media is not the main source of traffic for this industry, so we have prioritized maximizing its use in our strategy.

As part of the audience segmentation, we used the full resource of data collected by the company to optimize the targeting process. In the first month, we were able to acquire several hundred contacts of people showing interest in the products, and in the following months the algorithms brought us even more contacts at a lower cost.
