The Bakers Table - Digital Menus, Google Ads and Social Media

The Baker's Table, a charming coffee shop and bakery located in Tomah, WI, prides itself on providing locals with fresh-brewed coffee, breakfast, and lunch. The cozy atmosphere is a key part of their appeal, offering customers a sense of familiarity and comfort. To enhance their brand experience, the bakery serves its signature dishes on hand-made ceramic plates, creating a tactile, homestyle touch that resonates with the community.

The project’s primary goal was to redesign their digital menu, allowing for future menu expansion and improving readability. The original menu layout was limited in flexibility, which posed challenges as new items were regularly added. My task was to ensure the design not only accommodated their current offerings but also allowed for smooth updates without compromising the aesthetic. The solution was to create a streamlined, visually appealing menu that could be easily managed by the business owner.

Using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, I crafted a design that was both functional and on-brand, integrating the bakery’s artisanal, cozy feel. To ensure the owner could independently manage updates, I converted the final design into a Canva template, offering the flexibility needed for future adjustments. This approach provided a balance of professional design with the ease of self-service, allowing the business to grow without losing the essence of what makes The Baker's Table special.
