GMB Reinstatement for Dutch Mountain Excavating

Dutch Mountain Excavating, LLC is a professional excavation and site preparation company offering a wide range of earthmoving, land clearing, and grading services for residential and commercial clients. The business relies heavily on local search visibility to attract property developers and homeowners in need of excavation services.

When the owner contacted me, their Google Business Profile had been restricted, causing a sharp drop in search visibility and incoming client inquiries. The restriction limited the company’s ability to appear on Google Maps and local searches — a major setback for a service-based business operating within a competitive industry.

The goal of this project was to successfully reinstate the suspended Google Business Profile and restore full visibility on Google Maps. Achieving this would allow Dutch Mountain Excavating, LLC to regain customer trust, recover lost visibility, and resume receiving calls and service inquiries from local clients.

The profile suspension stemmed from verification inconsistencies and incomplete business documentation. Additionally, the company’s online information required a review to ensure accuracy and compliance with Google’s business guidelines. These issues can be complex, as any mismatch or outdated data can lead to further verification delays.

I started by conducting a detailed audit of the company’s digital footprint to identify and correct inconsistencies across online listings. I then guided the business owner through gathering all necessary documentation — including proof of business registration, physical presence, and service legitimacy — required for the reinstatement appeal.

After submitting a well-documented appeal and maintaining clear communication with Google Support, the reinstatement was approved. The business profile was restored within days, and the company quickly regained its search ranking and local visibility.

This project reaffirmed the importance of accuracy and compliance in Google’s verification process. Through this reinstatement, I helped Dutch Mountain Excavating, LLC re-establish its online presence and continue attracting customers through a verified and trusted Google Business Profile.
