A visitor got a real answer at 3am, not a “we'll get back to you.”
A detailed product question came in well outside business hours. The chat widget answered it correctly, right then by morning, the visitor had already converted, no one on the team had to do a thing.
→ A good answer at 3am beats a great answer at 9am.
