Oak & Form Studio is a fictional appointment-only furniture showroom in Singapore. Small showrooms lose sales when a customer walks in and no specialist is free, or the piece they came for isn't ready to see.

So I'm building a booking flow where customers pick a time and the exact pieces they want to try, and the team gets a heads-up before they arrive.

Next up: a "Visit Brief" for staff and booking reminders. Feedback welcome!
