Before

Dr. Maya was fully booked but barely profitable. She was spending 10+ hours a week on administrative tasks, had no standard operating procedures, was undercharging for her services, and had zero visibility into where her revenue was actually going. She knew something was broken but couldn't see it from the inside. She was running a practice that looked successful on the outside and was bleeding quietly on the inside.

What We Did

In one 90-minute intensive we audited her entire operation: billing, scheduling, client intake, service pricing, and time allocation. We identified three immediate revenue gaps totaling over $3,200/month she was leaving on the table. I built her a 30-day action plan, restructured her pricing, and gave her a simple operations framework she could implement without hiring anyone new.

After

Within 60 days Dr. Maya had recovered $2,800/month in previously lost revenue, cut her administrative time in half, and raised her session rate for the first time in 3 years. She stopped running her practice like a charity and started running it like a business.
