The Challenge

CoinVault needed a Limited Time Reward Campaign feature to drive user engagement and retention. The scope covered both sides of the product: a consumer-facing reward experience and a complete admin backoffice for campaign lifecycle management. The project required delivering research, flow architecture, component library, and responsive screens within a compressed timeline.

Research & Architecture

Analyzed gamification patterns across fintech and consumer apps, progress visualization, reward tier structures, time pressure UX, and admin workflow patterns. Designed comprehensive flow maps for both user-facing and admin-facing systems, documenting 30+ unique states and decision points across user and admin journeys.

Design Solution

Mobile: focused, sequential experience prioritizing the next achievable reward. Desktop: full dashboard with reward overview and progress tracking. Admin backoffice: status-aware campaign management with guardrails; live editing shows persistent warnings; ended campaigns are read-only; destructive actions require explicit confirmation. Used gold/amber accents on dark backgrounds to trigger premium/achievement associations.

Outcome

Delivered a complete product design covering both consumer and admin experiences, flow architecture, component library, and responsive screens. The flow maps document 30+ unique states and decision points. This project demonstrates full product thinking, system-level flow architecture covering both user-facing and operational sides, complex state management, and a complete design system under time pressure. More
