Architected Trios as a multi-branch distributed system, with each of the 5 ministries and government agencies running its own independent on-prem branch. Deployed to production across Android, iOS, and Electron desktop (30,000+ downloads per store).
Key Architectural Achievements
End-to-End Encryption (E2EE): Built on Signal Protocol (X3DH, Double Ratchet) and MLS (RFC 9420).
Real-Time Conferencing: P2P voice/video calls and multi-party conferencing via WebRTC / RingRTC.
Private AI Assistant: Integrated privately hosted LLMs directly in-app preserving full data sovereignty.
Modular Architecture: Authored the modular 5-layer TriBase SDK.
