FROM A COLLECTION OF OFFERS TO ONE CONNECTED EXPERIENCE Detra Smith-O’Bryant had built a growing body of work around mindset, personal transformation and her signature I See Fishes Framework. Her business included a book, podcast, coaching, speaking, digital resources and a 21-day experience, but she needed one connected digital home.

We redesigned her existing website, migrated the business to Kajabi and built an ecosystem for presenting her work, growing her audience and delivering free and paid experiences.

01 / CLARIFYING THE ECOSYSTEM We worked directly with Detra to organize how her personal brand, book, podcast, speaking, coaching, assessment, workbook and 21-day experience should connect. This gave us a clear customer journey and site structure before implementation.

02 / REBUILDING THE DIGITAL HOME We redesigned and migrated the website to Kajabi, creating a cohesive experience around Detra’s message and signature framework. The work included the homepage, positioning, speaking and coaching sections, book pathways, podcast and events integration, testimonials, forms, discovery calls and responsive design.

03 / CONNECTING THE CUSTOMER JOURNEY We built the supporting Kajabi infrastructure, including the 21-Day Clarity-in-Action Experience, product and member experience, Clarity Assessment journey, coaching pathways, free workbook and bonuses, offers, checkout pages, email capture, automations, access and onboarding.

04 / REFINING THE EXPERIENCE We reviewed the website, forms, products, offers and customer journeys across devices, refined the mobile presentation and tested the main access and purchasing paths.

THE RESULT Detra now has an active Kajabi ecosystem that connects her website, book, speaking work, podcast, coaching, assessments and digital products under one brand. Visitors can move naturally from discovering her message to joining her list, purchasing a resource or entering a deeper coaching experience.
