House Prices
Predicting the house prices using data gathered by myself for a friend. He's sort of had trouble with house agents before so my job was to use the houses in the area and gather as many features as possible so he could get what he wished for, a model that could tell him the right price around the neighbourhood, not what an agent would want to rip off him.
