PMI Internal Presentation Video Project

PMI needed an internal presentation video to communicate key achievements and upcoming initiatives to global team members. The goal was to deliver a fast-paced, visually compelling piece that elevated the messaging beyond a standard slideshow, while maintaining brand identity and clarity.

The company provided a mix of raw material: interview segments, presentation slides, internal event footage, and scattered photos. The original assets varied heavily in resolution and visual style. To build a cohesive narrative, the final edit needed additional cinematic visuals that aligned with PMI’s messaging and branding.

I sourced high-quality stock video and photography to complement the provided content, carefully selecting clips that matched themes such as innovation, teamwork, sustainability, and progress. These were blended with branded motion elements, animated text, and dynamic transitions to deliver a polished presentation-style video suitable for corporate leadership.

Final video: 3–5 minutes (depending on revision rounds)

The final video was showcased during PMI’s internal company presentation and received positive feedback for its clarity, pacing, and cinematic feel.
