· Mainly responsible for the design, implementation and roll out ofsoftware’s including ServiceNow, osTicket, Clarizen, Limeight(Sticky.io) etc.
· Documentation related to the software and the implementation plan.
· Consultation with the key stakeholders within the company to formulate aproject plan and requirement document.
· Development of business processes in accordance with company needs.
