I led the technical architecture and full-stack development of the Underground Empire Business Hub, a Web3-powered dual marketplace that combines a freelance service marketplace with a multi-vendor product store. All transactions run on the platform's native ERC-20 UET token, with real-time USD conversion for accessibility.

As Lead Engineer, I drove the development strategy, frontend implementation, Web3 integration, and coordinated the engineering team to deliver the platform end to end.

Underground Empire needed a unified platform where users could both hire service providers and purchase products from multiple vendors, with every transaction powered by their custom blockchain token (UET). The platform had to feel intuitive to Web2 users while being fully Web3-native under the hood, connecting into a broader ecosystem of wallets, exchanges, and decentralized applications.

A Fiverr-style interface where professionals list services with ratings, reviews, and UET pricing. Buyers browse by category, compare providers, and book instantly. Each listing displays the UET price alongside a real-time USD equivalent so users always know what they're spending.

A multi-vendor e-commerce layer spanning categories like Tech Gadgets, Home Essentials, Fashion & Apparel, Fitness Products, and Art & Collectibles. Each vendor manages their own storefront, inventory, and order flow within the hub.
