I developed an AI-powered customer service chatbot that leverages advanced web scraping and machine learning techniques to provide accurate and efficient responses to customer inquiries. My contributions included:
Web Scraping: Implemented robust web scraping tools to gather relevant customer service data, ensuring a comprehensive dataset for training the chatbot.
Machine Learning Engineering: Designed and trained a Large Language Model (LLM) chatbot using the collected data, focusing on creating a conversational AI capable of understanding and responding to a wide range of customer queries.
Integration: Utilized LangChain and Chainlit to seamlessly integrate the chatbot into the existing customer service infrastructure, enhancing the overall customer experience.
AI Optimization: Employed Literal AI to fine-tune the chatbot's performance, ensuring it delivers precise and contextually appropriate answers, improving customer satisfaction and reducing response time.
