Joshua Olaniyi is a Product Visual Designer passionate about crafting design systems, intuitive interfaces, and digital experiences that merge storytelling and functionality. His work explores the intersection of structure and creativity, where visual expression meets thoughtful product design.

The goal of this project was to build a personal portfolio website that reflects Joshua’s creative identity, showcases his design process, and positions him as a multidisciplinary designer capable of balancing aesthetics with strategic thinking.

The website was designed and developed in Framer, with a focus on clarity, flexibility, and motion-driven storytelling. It features 9 custom pages, including:

Podcast page highlighting his design conversations

Exploration page featuring personal design shots and motion samples

The experience blends minimal design, smooth transitions, and easy navigation, helping Joshua present his work in a clean, narrative-driven way.

Joshua partnered with me to translate his design vision into an engaging, responsive portfolio website. I handled the end-to-end Framer development, including:

Building all 9 pages from scratch in Framer

Setting up a CMS system for case studies, podcasts, and exploration updates

Creating custom motion interactions that enhance storytelling

Ensuring mobile responsiveness and performance optimization

Integrating a custom domain for a seamless professional presence

The result is a modern, flexible, and easy-to-manage portfolio website that grows with Joshua’s career. It perfectly balances functionality and creativity, allowing him to update new case studies, podcast episodes, and design explorations directly from the CMS.
