This project was a personal exploration into creating dynamic, high-gloss 3D typography inspired by late-90s/early-2000s digital design.
The Goal
To push photorealistic rendering techniques using chrome and liquid materials, resulting in an eye-catching visual that evokes a feeling of retro-futurism.
My Role & Process
Modeling & Type Setup: Developed custom typography in a 3D environment.
Material Design: Created specialized liquid and highly reflective chrome shaders.
Lighting & Rendering: Used complex lighting setups to achieve the hyper-gloss finish, maximizing contrast and depth.
This piece showcases expertise in advanced material rendering, lighting design, and contemporary digital aesthetics.
