SOUND—BOUND | Design Fiction Campaign

Sound-Bound is a speculative project set in a utopian future Milan, 2125, where technology fosters deeper connections between humans and urban animals. In response to a brief calling for a tool to improve coexistence, the project imagines a world where sound frequencies and advanced technologies serve as emotional translators, bridging the gap between species.

Through a utopian lens, Sound-Bound envisions a harmonious future where empathy and innovation redefine human-animal relationships, turning cities into spaces of mutual understanding and well-being in a rapidly evolving urban environment.

Sound is all around us and by knowing more about sound, we get to know more about the universe.

Can we "see" sound? Not directly, but we can come close.
