Creating an Immersive Digital Experience to Illuminate Chelsea's Crown Jewel
We conceptualized an innovative website for One High Line, a new luxury residential development in Manhattan, New York.
The One High Line logo encapsulates the very spirit of its location. The navy hue is drawn from the Hudson River, reflecting its riverfront location and suggesting a serene contrast to the bustling city life. Its mirrored slant echoes the sculpted form of the two-tower architecture, while the three dimensional profile evokes the elevated structure of the adjacent High Line.
For any real estate developer, the imperative is to maximize sales while minimizing the time properties spend on the market. Our solution was to enable prospective buyers to envision their life at One High Line more vividly than at any other property in New York. We implemented a suite of features on our virtual sales gallery to accomplish this.
A Day in the Life at One High Line
We captured the essence of living at One High Line through a visual journey that unfolds from the first light of dawn to the city's glittering nightscape, all within a leisurely 5 to 15 minute stroll from the buyers’ future home. Our narrative not only paints a picture of daily life but also leverages the popular social media phenomenon of “Day in the Life” content, underscoring how they are not just purchasing a residence, but an exclusive lifestyle.
Bespoke Resident’s Map
Developers and buyers alike know it’s about location, location, location. We developed an elegant hand drawn map of Chelsea, showcasing the top 10 attractions, restaurants, retail stores and art galleries, all accessible within a 15-minute walk from home. We also meticulously mapped jogging trails, cycling paths, and dog-friendly promenades, creating a compelling case for the coveted Chelsea lifestyle that awaits through One High Line.
We further elevated the digital experience by creating personalized maps for distinct personas, each designed with local attractions that resonate with the individual's unique lifestyle:
The Wellness Seeker: Tranquil spots for personal meditation, outdoor yoga sessions, as well as luxury spas and wellness sanctuaries that offer cutting-edge treatments like cryotherapy
The Art Aficionado: Art galleries, museums, public art installations and vibrant street art
The Gourmand: Michelin-starred establishments, trending cafés, farmers’ markets, culinary classes, fine grocers and specialty food stores

These personas encapsulate a spectrum of passions, enhancing the allure of our luxury condo by demonstrating how residents can seamlessly sustain and enrich their distinct lifestyles.
Interactive Floor Plans
We made it easy for visitors to imagine One High Line as their new home. Our customizable floor plan lets buyers virtually stage their prospective home and virtualize their new life by effortlessly placing furniture and decor. By presenting a tailored blueprint that affirms their preferred living arrangement, we instill confidence and increase probability of purchase.
Sunlight Simulator
With floor-to-ceiling windows and an unobstructed vista over the Hudson River, One High Line basks in exceptional natural light. To make this experience tangible, visitors can choose any moment of the day and observe how sunlight moves through their potential home. As a testament to Nakada Design's commitment to detail, even seasonal variations in the sun's trajectory were accounted for.

With a press of the language icon, whose angular design echoes the sculpted form of the building, the entire website transforms into the language of your choice.
