Will look at characters, are they complex?unique?

I read a manuscript over 50 thousand words and examined each page throughly. I looked closely at the characters. I examined if they were interesting? Complex? Do they feel real? I provided a 15 page review on the characters in the manuscript on things I enjoyed and thought could be improved.
