I was tasked to create a brand and packaging design that would stand out against well established Basmati rice producers. The creative was to reflect their transparent and simple cultivation process. A single colour colour pack design was used against as an elegant overprint over a 100% recyclable bag. Working closely with a copywriter I created a simple brand story with an honest yet playful tone of voice. This pack design and brand story helped greatly in distribution deals with Amazon, Selfridges, Harrods Food Hall and Whole Foods Market.
