Talon Forge is my own micro-agency and an ongoing internal engineering project. It brings business workflow orchestration, AI-assisted production, quality review, and operational oversight into a coordinated system.
The architecture combines a management layer with reusable agent capabilities and a business workflow layer. Work is organized through intake, qualification, task decomposition, specialist execution, QC and rework, and delivery. Human approval gates are part of the design for sensitive external actions.
Engineering work includes API-driven processing, Python/backend components, containerized deployment, health and recovery controls, and owner-facing status views. The public website shows how these capabilities translate into practical client services.
My role: founder, technical lead, and hands-on reviewer, using AI-assisted development and focused technical sprints.
What this demonstrates: how we approach automation, system integration, internal tools, testing, and clear handover. This is an internal platform under continued development; client scope and acceptance criteria are agreed for each engagement.
Security and reliability background
My approach is informed by Canadian Armed Forces service as a Land Communications and Information Systems technician and nearly 20 years in Bell Canada network service. Experience supporting critical communications environments informs careful access handling, disciplined troubleshooting, operational reliability, and documentation.
This background is relevant to technical projects for public-sector agencies, police organizations such as OPP, and hospitals. Engagements involving health records or other sensitive systems require the client’s approved access, screening, and privacy controls.
