Audience: Recruiters and Hiring Managers (25-45 years old) in the US market.
The 30-Second Rule: The UX had to enable visitors to understand the client’s identity, achievements, and unique value proposition in under 30 seconds.
Brand Persona: The design needed to convey a modern, clean, and tech-forward sensibility, communicating that "This PM understands product, AI, is extremely intelligent AND has a unique, versatile personality"
