As the Technical Product Owner for the website update project where we updated the client's website, my role encompassed various responsibilities related to backlog management, stakeholder communication, Scrum Master duties, and other product-related tasks.

- Completed product backlog containing clear and actionable items for the development team
- Established effective communication channels with stakeholders

Addressing Issues and Bugs

We documented all identified issues and bugs during user acceptance testing.
Prioritization was based on the severity and impact of each issue.
We collaborated closely with the development team to address the identified issues promptly.
Regular bug fixing sprints were conducted to resolve the reported issues.
We followed an iterative approach, conducting additional rounds of testing to verify the effectiveness of bug fixes.
Communication channels were established with users to gather feedback post-implementation and address any residual issues.
