The Brief

McDonald's Pakistan, with only four reference images as starting input. The mandate: a multi-persona campaign that speaks across age groups and professions, hits production quality, and ships ready for fast-paced social platforms.

The Approach

I built a multi-model AI production pipeline end-to-end — from storyboarding scene-by-scene, second-by-second, to anchoring character and scene continuity with image-locking tools, generating each shot on the model that performs best for it, then taking everything through a DaVinci color grade and a Premiere / After Effects edit. Character consistency was held across every spot and every model. Dialogue was lip-synced to broadcast-grade realism in both English and Urdu for the local market.

The Output

Five finished brand films, each ~30–45 seconds, targeting a distinct segment:
The Real One — campaign anchor, character introduction.
2 AM Cravings — night-owls, students, late-shifters.
Doesn't Let You Starve While Working — working professionals.
Who Delivers Joy To Your Life — the emotional, family-facing center.
Saves the Day — hero / problem-solver beat.
