A 200+ page cookbook, the Naparima Girls' High School cookbook - "Celebrate Food" was a welcome challenge. After months of working with the team from the school, countless changes to the recipes after testing and many photoshoots later, it is a fitting tribute to the school's one hundred years of existence. It is a reflection of fusion cooking with Caribbean flair and international dishes - may of which I had the benefit of tasting - Delish!
