This is my own website. I built it the way I build every artist's site I work on: as a curator first, developer second.

I'm Vladimir Sheshak, a curator and artist based in Tbilisi, with exhibitions including MoMA Tbilisi and Ars Electronica. I also handle the technical side myself: semantic structure, image optimization, search indexing.

Most artists face a choice between a developer who doesn't understand why the sequence of works matters, or a cheap template that flattens everything into a generic grid. Neither one can look at your CV and know which line matters to a gallery and which one is filler.

On this site: curatorial structuring of Bio, Artist Statement and CV for how galleries actually read them. Clean semantic build on Google Sites, no monthly hosting cost. Direct submission to Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools. Basic GEO optimization so the work also surfaces in AI search tools, not only Google.
