QPIATO - Cloud POS

I was tasked with redesigning a website for a cloud POS company. (Here is the preview link: https://www.qpiato.com) QPIATO approached me and mentioned that not only was their website outdated, but it also wasn’t converting clients. They said they had a lot of visitors but very low conversions.

The Problem When I reviewed their old website, I immediately identified a key problem: I couldn’t clearly understand what their product was. If I couldn’t understand it, neither could their visitors. Their product is an app for restaurants, but throughout the website, this wasn’t communicated effectively. The second issue, as pointed out by the client, was that the website looked outdated.

The Solution With this in mind, I set out to create a solution to address these problems. I used mockups of phones to demonstrate how the app worked, making the entire experience intuitive and easy to understand. I created a modern yet simple visual identity and focused on restructuring the website to maximize conversion rates.

It’s safe to say that within the first few days of launching the new version, they closed one client. More recently, they told me that they’ve been able to convert far more clients than they ever did in the past.
