This project involved working with a growing German clothing brand to optimize and scale their Shopify store. Their rapidly growing customer base has created exciting opportunities to scale through optimization and refinement. While working together, we developed custom Shopify apps, implemented complex promotion and discount setups, and optimized store performance and user experience. The collaboration focused on creating a smoother shopping journey, improving backend efficiency, and building a foundation for sustainable growth.
